Henderton has a strong track record of helping entrepreneurs and management teams in technology and emerging sectors raise capital from venture capital funds, private equity or other investors to fund their growth plans.

We generally focus on early to expansion stage, and have been involved in more than 30 transactions over the past few years, more than half of which were cross-border.
